Phase change refers to the phenomenon that a substance changes between solid, liquid, and gaseous states; the phase transition of matter is accompanied by the transfer of a large amount of heat. For example, people often use the liquid evaporates to absorb heat and gas condensates to release heat. The engineering applications of phase transition heat transfer include heat pipe, vapor chamber, boiling heat transfer, transpiration cooling, condensation heat transfer.

Hi-1 has phase change cooling system solution: the categories include heat pipes and modules for heat dissipation of electronic devices, Vapor Chamber cooling module, industrial heat pipe heat exchangers, evaporators, and condensers.

Advantages:

                           1.Low temperature difference and good isothermality of phase change heat transfer;

                           2.effective heat transfer/convection coefficient and low heat resistance

                           3.Passive cooling without consuming extra energy;

                           4.High reliability

The solution is applicable to industries and scenes such as high-power LEDs, heat-dissipating pipes for electronic devices, phase change heat transfer elements such as VCs, refrigeration systems and PCM energy storage materials.
